Corporate and individual orders welcome. We work with individual pieces, batch orders and larger bulk orders. Contact us to learn more.

Can you help to source for items to be engraved on?

We currently do not provide general sourcing services, but we are happy to share our sources for any samples you find in our gallery.

What's your turnaround time like for studio-based engraving?

For small orders (under 10 pieces), around 7 business days upon receipt of your items. For larger orders, around 21 business days upon receipt. Do check in with us on scheduling and availability.

Rush orders are welcome at an additional fee.

Can you provide a draft of your design for calligraphy artwork?

We are happy to provide a draft design with up to one revision included for corporate clients upon confirmation of service engagement. For further revisions, my hourly rates apply. Please review our gallery to ensure our artistic style fits your needs.

What is the delivery/shipping process for engraving orders?

You are welcome to deliver your items to our address for engraving. Upon completion of work, we will update you so you can arrange delivery . The cost of delivery services are borne by the client.
